Police are searching for a jet skiier after a boat collision was reported around 7 p.m. on the Connecticut River in Northampton on Sunday, according to Massachusetts State Police Spokesperson Dave Procopio. The missing person is a 51-year old male from Springfield, Laurie Loisel of the Northwestern District Attorney's Office told MassLive. The two boaters, a woman from Agawam and a man from Chicopee, were transported to Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, according to Loisel. The man was the driver of the boat.
